The application of algorithmic thinking to problems in our daily lives may be beneficial. Any problem can be solved using the methods presented in this book. It presented you with concrete, easily detectable, and followable problems, such as procrastinating on work. It also shows that this technique could be applied to a more abstract, emotionally charged problem. For me, it was an excellent read. A well-researched, and engaging work. This book is ahead of its time in many aspects in compared to the many that still refuse to invite the inevitable. But I see how the merging of Computer Analysis and Human Creativity can be possibly viewed as a singular understanding in how we develop the future. The tools have always been there, we just need to be willing to see the new path. I found this book enlightening and enjoyed being challenged on its concepts. Great Food for Thought! I especially keyed with the sections focusing on procrastination and overthinking as these have always been my biggest hurdles. I've always used decision trees and action analysis to help break down and approach work projects. So applying computer-type algorithms to personal decisions seemed like an interesting approach. The author does a really great job of breaking down how we reach our decisions now and offers direct steps on how to improve them in an easy to follow design.
